Delete the three database files ( ACS.FDB, ACS_LOGS.FDB, ACS_RECORDINGS.FDB) from "C:\ProgramData\Axis Communications\AXIS Camera Station Server".

If the current version is 5.13 or above, the location of the backups is "C:\ProgramData\Axis Communications\AXIS Camera Station Server\ backup\PreUpgrade_XXXX-XX-XX_XX-XX-XX.XXX". The folder contains a backup file with the original name ( ACS.FDB) and a text file which is not needed.If the current version is below 5.13, the location of the backups is "C:\ProgramData\Axis Communications\AXIS Camera Station Server". The backup's names are similar to ACS_4.08.060.00000_BACKUP.FDB and LICENSE_4.08.060.00000_BACKUP.FDB.Roll back to AXIS Camera Station version 4: Simply follow these steps if you wish to downgrade to the previous version: This means that if you installed AXIS Camera Station 4.20 on top ofAXIS Camera Station 4.08, there is a backup of your AXIS Camera Station 4.08 available if you wish to downgrade.
